Rhett Hogan
Co-Founder
Rhett is an operating executive and investor with a uniquely integrated background across executive leadership, operations, and advising and investing. Most recently, Rhett served as Chief Executive Officer of a healthcare services business, where he was responsible for strategy and growth and oversaw the Company’s successful exit to a strategic industry operator. Previously, Rhett held investment banking and investor roles with Houlihan Lokey and Courage Capital Management, respectively, and he began his career in pharmacy services operations and leadership with HCA in Nashville, TN. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
When not at work, Rhett spends most of his personal time outside. On any given day, you might find him playing with his son, traveling with his wife, or hunting and fishing with his family and friends.

Branson Tibbs
Co-Founder
Branson is an investing and operating executive with experience across a multitude of industries, which include residential and home services, swim schools, auto services, home health and hospice, pharmaceutical services, environmental engineering and consulting, freelance staffing, and pet and animal health. Most recently, Mr. Tibbs served as an investor at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, a top quartile middle-market private equity fund, where he focused on executing control investments in fragmented industries and partnering with management and industry executives to drive growth and value creation. Mr. Tibbs began his career as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey’s healthcare group. Mr. Tibbs graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and Valedictorian of his High School.

In his personal life, Branson enjoys traveling to unique destinations with his wife, having surfed with crocodiles in Costa Rica, been blessed by a voodoo shaman in Togo, and hiked within 100 yards of a volcano eruption in Guatemala.
